Summer TBR: June-August

Welcome to my post! Here’s my seasonal TBR, this time for Summer. I didn’t manage to complete my Spring TBR, mostly because of exams and also because I just wanted to read some other stuff. Anyway, this time I’ll try to stick with it!

In June, I’m participating in Whateverathon (round 2) and joining the Shelf Slayers team. If you want more details, here’s the announcement video! I will probably not make a TBR but I’ll update halfway through the month and in my wrap up.

Library Books

Out and In the Dream House will probably be my two next reads since they’re library books. They both fit the ‘borrow a book’ prompt and In the Dream House fits hybrid genre for the Shelf Slayers prompts, and a bunch of other general prompts.

I want to get to Lapvona soon too because it sounds so good! I mentioned it in my June anticipated releases. I’m also excited to read Elektra since I read Ariadne last year and quite enjoyed it, plus anything with Greek mythology is a win. I would also like to finally get to Under the Whispering Door which has been on many TBRs but never picked up so hopefully I can change that this summer.

A few more that I haven’t got to yet this year. The Stone Sky is the last book in the Broken Earth trilogy. I read the second book in March 2021, so it’s been a pretty long time! I’ve had The City of Brass on my kindle since last year too.

Thanks for reading. What’s on your TBR this June or summer?
